I took a B1 Spanish course for one week and really enjoyed the experience. Our teacher was friendly, encouraging, and adapted the lessons to our needs. Since there were only 2–3 students in the class, it felt almost like a private course, with plenty of opportunities to practise speaking.
We worked on real-life situations as well as current topics through discussions and role-plays, which made the lessons both engaging and practical. We were also able to review grammar points whenever we asked. Overall, it was a great learning experience, and I would definitely recommend this course!
I really enjoy the (advanced) Spanish classes, especially the ones during the week. The afternoon teacher is so much fun. Seriously, these are the best Spanish lessons I've ever taken.
Also love the morning classes, she always prepares her lessons so well to make them interesting.
Class with Mayte was warm and encouraging. Mayte is energetic and extremely friendly, and the lesson and conversation flowed naturally. I really enjoyed the class and am looking forward to upcoming sessions.
From beginner to advanced classes, everything is perfect! Sara, the teacher, conducts the lessons in a calm and clear way, explaining grammar structures and teaching how to apply them in everyday life. I highly recommend it to everyone! ¡Gracias, profesora Sara y a la coordinadora Suzana!

FAQ
Good to know
The questions Admissions answers most often.
Do I have to book accommodation with the course?
Yes. Courses are sold with a Blau studio. It is what makes the daily rhythm work: classes and your studio in the same building, with no commute. Minimum stay is one week, Sunday to Sunday.
When can I start?
Every Monday, subject to availability. Check-in is the Sunday before, from 16:00, and check-out is on a Sunday at 12:00.
I don’t know my level. Where do I start?
Wherever you are. If you have never studied Spanish, you start in the beginner group. If you have, a short online placement test about a week before arrival puts you in the right group, from beginner to intermediate (B1). It does not affect your booking. Casual 5 is the exception: it is practical Spanish for your stay and does not follow a level pathway.
Can I book online, or do I have to ask for a quote?
Both work. Book directly on Mews if you already know your programme, weeks and studio: you pay in full online and it is confirmed on the spot. Ask for a quote if you have questions first, about your level, Bildungsurlaub, dates or groups; Admissions replies by email with the exact price and the next step.
Is there a minimum age?
Students travelling on their own must be 18 or over. Younger students can join only when they come with a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
When do I pay?
In full when you book, including stays of a month or longer. Places are not held without payment.
What is included in the price?
Your course, your studio with weekly housekeeping, linen and towels, utilities and Wi-Fi, the placement test, course materials and the regular activity programme. Registration (€150, once) and final cleaning (€35) are added to every booking. Prices include VAT and there is no tourist tax. A refundable €300 damage deposit is paid separately, and from 1 January to 31 May a supplement of €50 a week applies.
What if I need to cancel?
More than 90 days before arrival, 100% of course and accommodation is refunded; 61 to 90 days, 75%; 31 to 60 days, 30%; 30 days or less, no refund. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Is the course recognised for Bildungsurlaub?
The 30-hour programme is built to the requirements of the German federal states that ask for 30 teaching hours a week. Admissions provides the attendance documentation your employer needs. Ask us about your state before booking.
Your course, your studio, your plan.
Book online in minutes, or ask Admissions for a plan with the exact price. Either way, classes and your studio are under one roof.
