1. Who is responsible for your data

We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects on you.
3. How long we keep it
- Quote requests and messages: until we have answered and for as long as you are considering a booking, after which we delete them.
- Booking and invoicing data: for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law, and while any claim may arise.
- Statistics and advertising data: for the duration shown in our cookie policy.
4. Who processes it with us
We work with providers that process data on our behalf, under contract and only for these purposes:
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Analytics): our quote form saves requests in our Google workspace and notifies Admissions by email; Analytics measures visits if you accept it.
- Mews: our booking engine and property management system.
- Our hosting provider, which keeps this website online.
- Calendly, if you book an online tour, and WhatsApp (Meta), if you write to us there.
Some content from other companies loads only when you click on it: the events calendar (Luma) and our video (YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode). From then on, their own privacy policies apply. The fonts of this website are stored on our own server, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.
We also share data with public authorities, courts and our professional advisers when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es, or to the authority of your country.
7. Minors
Students travelling on their own must be 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors except through their parent or guardian.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
